Bill moved to Raleigh in 2015 after graduating as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY. He embarked on an adventure with his wife only to fall in love with the area and the people surrounding him. He has been active in recreational sports including soccer, hockey, kickball, and volleyball. Bill's drive to be better every day helps him keep in the gym and running. Nature calls to Bill and he is happy to go on hikes with his wife and 2 dogs Tucker and Moose.
Bill devotes himself to providing compassion and energy to everyone he meets in order to help them live their best life.
Tom has been a Registered Dietitian for over 6 years, and prior to that he worked as a professional chef for 5 years. He obtained his Culinary Arts degree followed by a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales, and decided he wanted to advance his knowledge of food and nutrition by completing his Master of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Maine in 2015. Since then, he has been working in the hospital setting furthering his clinical knowledge. Needless to say, food is his passion. Over his career, he has taught over 100 cooking classes and has decided to combine his clinical and culinary skills to offer a unique and specialized nutrition program to help people achieve their goals.
